Jain University & NALS bring a transformational OUTBOUND TRAINING PROGRAM (OBT) for Teachers and Faculty. This FDP will be a unique experience for the participant as it works on the EQ aspects of an individual such as courage, survival skills, stress management etc. Over 2000+ faculty have experienced NALS programs and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive.

Teachers and faculty are excellent role models only next to parents. Students require to be guided to the path of self-discipline and teachers can be ideal guides with their continuous exposure with students.
