Outbound Training (OBT), at a higher level, requires Adventure and Facilitation skills. Quite unlike class room training, OBT evokes several emotional and physical attributes that can help the participant reflect on his behaviours and skills. This process can be accelerated under the supervision or guidance of a Facilitator. NALS wishes to fill this gap by offering certification programs in the field of Rock Climbing & Facilitation.

We endeavour to inculcate the highest safety / survival skills in professionals who have enormous passion to work with people.

Duration : 42 Days

Age Group : 25 ~ 65 Years

Batch Size : 02 ~ 12

Intensity :

  • Candidate can complete the program within a span of 6-9 months
  • Delivered at our spectacular campuses near Coonoor and Bengaluru

  • Survival skills - Trekking and outdoor safety management
