• NALS is in the field of OBT and mountaineering since 2008 and has received 32,000 visitors for various programs.
• NALS offers FREE adventure internship for a period of 28 days that includes training with superior safety equipment and qualified trainers.
• In order to improve self confidence and fitness, we are offering a LIMITED TIME opportunity for UNEMPLOYED YOUTH from ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD sections. • Candidates will be staying at our Manjacombai or Coimbatore premises during the internship.

• NALS requires an Outbound Trainer / Facilitator for design and delivery of OBT activities, team building programs to students, faculty, corporate and other participants

• The position offered is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and candidate can expect to travel for delivering the programs both at our premises as well as clients'.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Outbound training experience will be an advantage
• Adventure course or Basic Mountaineering course will be an advantage
• Candidate without any OBT experience will require about 6 months training
• Ability to communicate powerfully and convey ideas / concepts in English 
• Knowledge of Tamil, English and Hindi will be major advantage
• Strong and vibrant personality, clean habits and a role model who can inspire the youth
• Physcially fit and healthy
• Knowledge of computers and networking skills
